RECYCLE READY PACKAGING

Designed for the future of recycling, recycle ready products are mono-material packaging designed to meet all food packaging needs while offering a more sustainable pouch. The films are pre-qualified for How2Recycle and meet the Golden Design Rules giving you the total package. We offer multi layer options in both pouches and roll stock with excellent print, seal and high oxygen or moisture barriers.

PREPRESS

Acorn Packaging’s prepress expertise helps our customers obtain artwork and plates with minimal cost. Partnering with SGX gives Acorn access to the most current graphics technology wile enabling a quick turn around on new projects.

RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT

We are fully equipped with an in-house R&D and  technical support centre. Our up-to-date lab equipment gives us the ability to assure great quality products every time. Our technical specialists are always available for on-site consultation.

PROGRAM MANAGEMENT, WAREHOUSE AND STORAGE

Acorn regularly manages in excess of 300 sku’s per customer. We offer vendor managed inventory or a hold and release program accompanied with a weekly inventory report provided to the customer.

TECHNICAL CONSULTATION, MACHINE TROUBLESHOOTING
